Antonia Astori is an italian designer born in 1940, in Melzo (Milan).
She studied Industrial and Visual Design at the Athenaeum in Losanna, obtaining her degree in 1966.

In 1968 she began designing for Driade, also helping to define the company image by designing exhibitions and installations all over the world.  Thanks to its clear geometrical forms and its sober elegance, "Oikos" is a part of modern classics in its category.

Antonia Astori is one of the co-founders of the house Driade created in 1968, for which she drew the "Driade 1" systems, "Kaos" and "Pantos". "Bric" was created in collaboration with Enzo Mari.
