Chop, designed by Patrick Jouin is a tribute to the culinary arts from one of the nouveaux French designers, already present in Alessi's catalogue with the Pasta Pot, designed in collaboration with french chef Alain Ducasse (2007). The interesting innovation of the project is the concave shape of its oversized chopping board, which allows you to place a plate below the cutting surface and easily to collect what’s been sliced. The Chop chopping board exists in two sizes: 22 cm and 30cm.
