Lluis Clotet is a Spanish designer, was born in 1941 in Barcelona. He studied at the Escuela Tecnica Superior de Arquitectura.

In 1964 with Oscar Tusquets, Pep Bonet and Christian Cirici he started the Per workshop where they train two independent teams. The realizations of Clotet and Tusquets prefigure then the postmodernism.

His works include the Banco de Espana in Gerona and the accommodation facilities in the Barcelona Olympic village.
