Franck Kaj is a Finnish designer, born in 1911 in Vyborg.  He is described like the conscience of the Finnish design. He constantly worked to remove very excessive in hiss designs, preserving only essence. Kaj Franck received many international rewards and his objects are present in a great number of museums of the design of the whole world. Some of his most famous objects are the Teema crockery and the series of Kartio glasses created for Iittala.
