This spatula is part of the "Essentiel de patisserie" collection designed by Matali Crasset with Alessi. "Essentiel de patisserie" arose from a friendship and from a meeting which connects the designer Matali Crasset and the pastry cook Pierre Hermé : tools which get to the point. The spatula is the upshot of the fusion of a spoon and a blade. It therefore has two functions : the rigid part serves to mix the ingredients at the beginning, while the soft part allows you to finish a mixture and scrape the container empty.
