With Pepa, the two section hors d'oeuvre dish, catalan designer Lluis Clotet continues his fruitful “strategy of deformation” applied to the canonical typologies of tableware designed with Alessi. Lluis Clotet is seen here in the difficult, but successful, exercise of reinterpreting some of the more classic typologies from Alessi’s production of the ’60s: two, three and four section hors d'oeuvre dishes and a small Bowl.
