PlusMinusZero, a japanese company, was founded in 2003. Its philosophy: "It means neither plus nor minus. it is necessity and sufficiency. it is something you have never seen but somehow feel at home with. it's a shape that is very normal yet fascinating. It is the moment you realize, for the first time, that this is exactly what you have wanted".

For Naoto Fukasawa, its design director, "PlusMinusZero is trying to create good things in spheres that, while being considered necessary by everyone, haven't really had "design" applied to them".

Most of the products designed by Plus Minus Zero won Good Design Award (the Humidifier, the Air Purifier, the Heater, the Fan...). The Wall Clock won the "coup de coeur" (best product) award selected by Wallpaper* magazine.
